Job SummaryThe BDM / Sales works to develop / expand and grow our customer base by recruiting new referral sources and trade partners. In addition, maintains an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.Main ResponsibilitiesManage and develop new business relationships with potential accountsProspecting and developing new sales across South Korea for Nefab’s products & services towards our prioritized segmentsConsultative selling, sales of sustainable and optimized transport packaging solutionsPro-actively engage with customer accounts to ensure their satisfaction with our product and serviceWork closely together with engineering department and ISTA certified test lab, designing or evaluating optimal packaging solutionsLiaising with sister companies in Asia & Overseas to facilitate tailored business response to customer requirements and cross-border projectsAccurately forecast distribution and volume targetsManage the trade, e.g. customer turnover, inventories, commercial controls etcTrack trade trends and competitor activities e.g. pricing, distribution, product promotions.Minimum Experience And Education RequirementsEDUCATIONBachelor's degree or higher related to the positionExperience6 - 10 years prior industry or relatable business development experienceExperience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a large territoryExtensive face-to-face selling experienceExperience with a CRM toolLANGUAGESKorean: Native speakingPreferred fluent in English communication.Skills And CompetencesProficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle environmentHighly competitive, positive, and results drivenExcellent presentation skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills to build client and solution/value-based proposalsCoach-able, trainable, and have a good personalityLocal knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments preferredMinimum 6 years of sales experience in industrial packaging.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.Intermediate MS office skills.OUR CORE VALUES AND WAYS OF WORKINGOur Core Values are Simplicity, Empowerment and Respect.
