Job Responsibilities:Sales & MarketingResponsible for the nationwide sales of automotive products (vehicles or components), formulating and executing sales plans to achieve sales targets.Develop, maintain, and manage dealers, agents, and direct customers to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.Gain deep insights into market demand, industry trends, and competitors' activities to develop corresponding sales strategies.Planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.Organizing events, trade shows, and product launches to build the brand, promote products and technology, creating excellent customer experiences for marketing impact.Customer Management & SupportHandle daily communication, business follow-up, and contract negotiations with key clients and dealers to ensure smooth business operations.Provide professional product training and market support to assist clients in improving their sales performance.Promptly address customer feedback and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.Assist with customer retention strategies, ensuring loyalty and long-term relationshipsMarket Analysis and ReportingConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threatsTrack and analyze sales and marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROIPrepare regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and customer behaviorIdentify new market opportunities, target audiences, and revenue streamsBy analyzing market data and trends, you'll provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.Cross-Department CollaborationWork closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to optimize product supply, market promotion, and sales strategies.Coordinate production and logistics to ensure timely order delivery and inventory management.Job Requirements:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Automotive Engineering, or related fields preferred.Over 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a preference for candidates with nationwide market expansion experience.Skills & CompetenciesStrong sales negotiation skills, market insight, and business development capabilities.Familiarity with the automotive industry, including market environment, dealer management, and sales channel development.Strong data analysis skills with the ability to formulate sales strategies based on data.Basic financial knowledge to independently handle price negotiations and contract management.Other RequirementsHigh sense of responsibility and execution ability, with a willingness to travel frequently.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to maintain good relationships with internal and external partners.Fluency in English or other foreign languages is preferred.Extensive local market connections and resources within government and enterprises.
