Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.ResponsibilitiesIdentify Sales opportunities.Develop new relationships in an effort to grow Sales and help company expand.Maintain existing Sales.Think critically when planning to assure project success.6+ years’ experience as Sales Manager - KSA.Experience in the field of Bulk SMS Companies / Information Technology Companies / Advertising & Marketing Companies / Software Companies.Experience in the field of Sales Manager of (B2B) Business to Business / Selling Software / PaaS and SaaS Business / WhatsApp Business API / Information Technology Background.Develop and execute strategies to drive Sales in new and existing markets.Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top talent.Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives.QualificationsSales Management and Business Development skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in the telecommunications industry or related field is preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldFluency in English and Arabic is requiredExcellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and project management skills
