Role Summary :The Senior Business Development Manager will lead the company’s growth initiatives in the KSA market by identifying strategic opportunities, cultivating high-value client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, team collaboration, and active participation in business expansion efforts.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives in KSA.• Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities and partnerships.• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations.• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to align client solutions.• Mentor and guide junior business development staff.• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in KSA.• Strong understanding of the Saudi business landscape and regulatory environment.• Proven experience in B2B, tech, or startup sectors.• Established network within the KSA market is highly desirable.• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.• Experience in managing teams and driving revenue targets in a competitive market.• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
