Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at EZM SIGN, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Sales Manager will oversee client acquisition, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and build long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, collaborating with the marketing team, meeting revenue goals, and leading a team of sales representatives. The Sales Manager will also ensure customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a proven ability to generate leads and achieve sales targetsExcellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationshipsExperience in Team Leadership and Management, with skills in coaching and motivating a sales teamKnowledge of Market Analysis and Customer Trend Analysis to identify new opportunities and design effective strategiesProficient in CRM tools and Sales Reporting to manage pipelines and track performanceAbility to work on-site in the Los Angeles Metropolitan AreaBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in the signage or advertising industry
