Job DescriptionAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of Hillstone Networks’ security products and solutions, either directly or through authorized channel partners. You will report to the Country Manager and play a key role in achieving the company’s revenue goals.This is a customer-facing position, requiring ownership of the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification and qualification, to solution presentation, commercial negotiation, and order closure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and expand business within assigned territories by growing existing customers and acquiring new ones.Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and end customers to drive incremental business.Identify and create new opportunities through proactive prospecting, account planning, and close collaboration with partners.Work closely with marketing, technical, and service teams to execute go-to-market strategies and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.Develop and execute account plans leveraging cross-functional resources (executive sponsors, marketing, technical, professional services, etc.) to drive success.Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups, responsive communication, and professional support throughout the sales process.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution positioning, configuration, and pricing tailored to customer needs.Represent Hillstone Networks at industry events and partner activities to enhance brand presence and support business growth.Requirements5+ years of proven experience in selling network or cybersecurity solutions, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.Solid experience in channel management, with established relationships among local cybersecurity distributors and resellers.Strong understanding of customer business needs and ability to map them to technical solutions.Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in EnglishBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Open-minded, collaborative, and willing to learn; able to travel as required.Hillstone is an equal opportunity employer.We will only notify shortlisted candidates.About UsFounded in 2006 by NetScreen veterans, Hillstone Networks has been a leading innovator in the cybersecurity space.
