The resort features 5 restaurants and bars, a ballroom, meeting rooms, pools, a kids’ club, a gallery, a spa, and a fitness center, and is near top Penang attractions such as Tropical Spice Garden and ESCAPE theme park. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. Qualifications Sales experience and proven track record in achieving targetsStrong client relationship management and communication skillsProficiency in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunitiesAbility to prepare sales reports and coordinate with marketing teamsExcellent customer service and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
