Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Lead and mentor the sales team, including Sales Engineers and Sales Coordinators.Identify new business opportunities and key clients in target industries and locations.Oversee preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.Collaborate with the Marketing, Technical, and Project Teams for seamless project execution.Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance evaluations.Represent the company in key client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fieldAt least 5 years of proven experience in B2B or project sales, with 2+ years in a managerial rolePreferably with background in solar energy, construction, or related industriesStrong leadership and negotiation skillsStrategic planning and client relationship managementExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProficiency in CRM systems and MS Office toolsKnowledge of solar technology is an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferably residing in the South (Las Pias, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc.)
