Location: Taguig City (onsite)Industry: Construction Equipment & ToolsJob Overview:We are looking for a results-driven Sales Officer/Sales Executive with substantial experience in selling construction equipment, tools, and related industrial products. The ideal candidate has solid B2B sales exposure, understands the construction ecosystem, and knows how to build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers.Key Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting contractors, developers, engineering firms, and construction project leads.Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, technical) to ensure timely delivery of equipment and smooth customer experience.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.At least 2–3 years of sales experience in construction equipment, tools, hardware, or industrial supplies.Strong network in the construction industry is a significant advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willing to do fieldwork and visit project sites when needed.Highly driven, resourceful, and able to work independently.
