The Sales Manager will drive sales efforts by identifying potential leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts mainly for residential energy storage channels. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying business growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and deliver effective solutions tailored to customer needs.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targetsExperience in market analysis, strategy development, and identifying growth opportunitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of renewable energy, solar power systems, or energy storage solutions is highly desirableProficiency in CRM software and related sales toolsAbility to work independently, with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindsetBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fieldFluency in Polish and English is essential; additional languages are a plus
