With our global reach, we ensure the global supply chain has access to the Flash memory it needs to keep our world moving forward.Job DescriptionMeet quarterly assigned sales quota and objectivesDrive market share growth in key market segmentsIncrease brand visibility and shelf share with assigned retail accounts Establish strong partnership and facilitate indirect sales deals to key retail accounts and LFRsBuild and maintain close relationship with key partners and resellers, educating customers about products and promotions.Work closely with authorized distributors to manage the channels and LFRsDeveloping sales strategies on price positioning and sales programs to achieve assigned targetsCollaborate with the Channel and Digital Marketing team to drive user demand/education/awareness in key categories and market segmentsBuild and drive sales strategy for the territory in conjunction with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market including providing demand forecast, understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength within the territoryQualifications►  A seasoned Sales Superhero with 10+ years working experience within sales (retail/distribution/vendor) management, preferably experience in consumer IT hardware industry. Have existing relationship with key IT and CE retail LFRs, and experience in managing these accounts.►  A degree and/or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a similar field►  Able to multi-task and work under pressure.► Team player with strong initiative and willingness to learn new skills►  Good analytical, communication and presentation skills►  Travelling within the country should be expected as part of the job►  Experience in working within cross-functional international teams►  Fluent in English (oral and written) is mandatoryAdditional InformationSandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
