Job Description

Job Summary:Establish and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers.Drive revenue growth by utilizing all available resources or developing new channel resources.Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure smooth business operations.Integrate effective resources to optimize sales processes and outcomes.Target & win opportunities in the Automotive, Enterprise, Telecommunications, AI/Cloud Computing, Industrial, as well as any emerging applications.Managing forecast/demand & supply/Funnel Creation with good disciplineQualifications & Requirements:BA/BS Degree in a engineering field Sales experience of managing large account plus mass market business development over 8 years are required.Technical sales or FAE experience would be plus.Understanding of circuits or functional block diagramKnowledge of semiconductor industry and/or engineering terms applicable to the component industryOver 5 years experience in Automotive or AI/Server/Networking is preferred。Good skill of Microsoft Excel and PowerpointAt least Level-6 English certificateDesired Characteristics & Attributes:Engaging personality with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Inquisitive with a deep desire to win businessStrong Self-motivated, high working discipline, problem solver not instruction follower. Keen sensitivity to business potential from product unique value and customer problems.Self-starter who can work independently without close supervision.Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment from an offshore office.Desire to work for a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address issues.Ability to integrate and leverage resources effectively to achieve business goals.Responsibilities:Manage identified and unidentified potential accounts in the territory and drive sales objectives.Present to purchasing staff, engineers, and management staff at accounts of interest in a professional setting as the front-line representative of the company.Coordinate with distributors in the territory for success at named accounts using channel partners as needed.Coordinate with channel partners and leverage their resources in the territory to drive new customer/application identification and customer base expansion.Provide customer support as needed, responding to customer technical and commercial questions.Provide market feedback to the company on the competitive environment and new product ideas and features.Maintain the CRM database with accurate customer and channel information regarding sales opportunities, design-ins, design wins, and production status.Prepare accurate forecasts of business for use in capacity planning, longer-range resource planning, and sales prioritization.Include company resources, engineers, and management in account calls as required.
