Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities1. Responsible for driving sales revenue growth and enhancing profitability within the Wiskind Building Envelope Systems business unit, primarily targeting industrial building construction, but not limited to this scope.2. Develop new markets, acquire new customers, and expand the sales coverage of products, projects, and solutions.3. Adopt a methodology based on solutions, market feedback, and strategic sales, rather than the traditional cost-plus model, in order to stand out from the competition and provide customers with optimal value.4. Collect market information within the designated area and analyze competitive intelligence.5. Promote, plan, and execute sales activities within the designated area to achieve sales targets.6. Maintain and manage customer relationships, and establish long-term strategic partnerships with developers, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors, design consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.7. Work closely with the technology, design, project management, supply chain, and pricing teams to complete tasks together.8. Collaborate with other internal business departments to establish a single point of contact for providing comprehensive solutions to the Winskind Group.9. Familiarize oneself with and assist in handling local regulations, product certification, and logistics-related matters, and serve as the local liaison with relevant local government agencies and entities.10. Demonstrate leadership within the designated area, represent the company, and uphold the company's image.Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, industrial and civil architecture, or related fields.2. Possess sales experience in the steel structure industrial construction industry, or at least 5 years of cross-industry project sales experience (such as building envelope systems, coatings, waterproofing materials, etc.).3. Possess excellent communication and influence skills, along with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment4. Maintain close ties with local industrial construction developers, relevant civil engineering consulting firms, general contractors, subcontractors, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies, etc.5. Independent, adept at utilizing resources, possessing excellent problem-solving skills, and possessing an enterprising spirit of never giving up.6. Willing to travel domestically and occasionally abroad.
