The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and team management within the UAE market, along with exceptional leadership and business development skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and external partners.Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights.Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.Prepare periodic forecasts and performance updates for senior management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial position (developer, brokerage).Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with excellent team management abilities.Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.Results-oriented, with a passion for growth and excellence.
