We are now seeking a creative and tech-savvy Sales, Marketing & Support Executive who can combine digital marketing, design, and recruitment skills to drive our job portal and HR business forward.Role OverviewThis is a multi-functional role ideal for candidates who enjoy marketing, recruitment, and client engagement. You will manage digital campaigns, CRM data, job postings, and social media to attract both clients and jobseekers while supporting the Japan HR team.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & BrandingPlan and manage online campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)Design simple visuals and promotional materials using Canva or similar toolsCreate and schedule social media posts for brand visibilityAnalyze campaign data and prepare weekly reportsJob Portal & Recruitment SupportManage job postings and candidate activities on jrfjobbank.comSource candidates, screen resumes, and maintain talent databasesCoordinate interviews and communication with applicantsPrepare candidate summaries for the Japan HR teamSales & CRM SupportResearch potential client companies in Japan (LinkedIn, job directories, etc.)Maintain and update the CRM system with leads and client informationSupport the sales team with reports, presentations, and follow-upsCoordinate with Japan HQ on marketing and client outreach projectsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, HR, or related field1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, recruitment, or sales supportProficient in social media management and content creationBasic design ability using Canva / Photoshop / IllustratorExperience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and online researchExcellent written and verbal English communicationOrganized, proactive, and creative mindset with attention to detail
