Sales Officer - FinTech

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Sales Officer – FinTechLocation: Monrovia, LiberiaIndustry: Financial Technology (FinTech)Reports To: Sales Manager / Country Manager⸻Job PurposeTo drive customer acquisition, onboard merchants and agents, promote digital financial services, and grow transaction volumes across Monrovia.⸻Key Responsibilities • Acquire and onboard new customers, SMEs, merchants, and agents. • Promote mobile money, agency banking, digital wallets, and fintech solutions. • Conduct daily field sales and merchant activation activities. • Build and maintain relationships with merchants, agents, and partners. • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Train new users and merchants on product usage. • Collect market insights to support product improvement. • Submit daily/weekly sales reports. • Support marketing events and promotional campaigns.⸻Required Qualifications & Experience • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred). • 1–3 years sales experience in: • Mobile Money (Orange Money, Lonestar, etc.) • Banking or Microfinance • FinTech or digital payments • Telecom/agent network sales • Strong field sales background. • Experience working with merchants, agents, or SMEs is a plus.⸻Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in the field daily. • Target-driven and highly self-motivated. • Basic knowledge of mobile money and digital payment systems. • Good reporting and basic Excel skills.⸻Additional Requirements • Must reside in Monrovia or be willing to work across the city. • Must own a smartphone for reporting and demos. • Ability to start immediately is an advantage.⸻How to ApplyInterested candidates should send their CVs to:📧 iacareersgh@gmail.comEmail Subject: Sales Officer – FinTech (Liberia)
