Job Purpose/Role:The Sales Officer is responsible for driving business growth by promoting the company’s facility management services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.Job Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in facility management services.Build a Sector-wise database of companies that could be potential clients of IFM services.Plan regular follow up with potential clients to ascertain needs of our services.Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients.Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and industry events.Address client inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding sales performance and market insights.
