There has never been a more exciting time to join XPENG — a leader in smart electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and validate incoming fleet orders and contracts from leasing partners, stores/agents, and internal stakeholders.Ensure all details (contract terms, vehicle specs, billing and delivery information) are complete and correct.Enter orders manually into Scepter, XPENG’s internal system that a.o. triggers logistics and delivery workflows.Allocate available stock vehicles to incoming orders in coordination with planning and logistics.Monitor each order’s progress from entry to delivery, proactively resolving issues or delays.Support stores and leasing partners with questions regarding order processing, Leaselink, NCO or related systems.Coordinate with RDW and registration partners (e.g. Elgersma) for license-plate registration and handover documentation.Maintain clear, accurate documentation for all fleet orders until invoicing and final delivery are complete.Your ProfileMBO+ or HBO degree, preferably in Business Administration, Automotive Management or Logistics.2 - 4 years of experience in an operational support or order-processing role within automotive, leasing, or logistics.Experience with Leaselink, NCO or similar systems is a strong plus.Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable under pressure.Communicative and service-minded.Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).XPENG offers:An interesting, unique and very varied job at XPENGA job with an incredibly large contact surface both internally and externallyAn attractive salary package incl. pension and with the possibility of a bonusTo be involved in the growth of an existing EV brand in EuropeNext steps:To comply with GDPR, we can’t process your personal data without your given consent.
