This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where organization, communication, and client coordination meet growth and execution.The RoleAs a Sales Operations and Client Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our internal Sales operations.You’ll support Account Executives by managing client communications, tracking sales opportunities, preparing key documents, and ensuring a smooth client experience — from first touchpoint to final handoff.You’ll also work cross-functionally with Finance, Client Success, and Operations to make sure every client engagement is well-coordinated, data-driven, and delivered with excellence.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: Starts at ₱60,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoSupport Sales Operations: Join sales calls to take detailed notes, capture action items, and track follow-ups in ClickUp.Prepare Sales Materials: Create and maintain sales dossiers, meeting briefs, and proposal documents tailored to each prospect.Conduct Research: Perform outbound research on target clients, competitors, and market trends to inform sales strategy.Maintain CRM Accuracy: Keep pipeline data and client records updated for full visibility across the Sales team.Coordinate Communication: Liaise between Account Executives, Finance, and Operations to streamline handoffs and ensure timely responses.Manage Tasks and Deadlines: Track deliverables and follow-ups to ensure all timelines are met.Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to optimize tools, templates, and workflows to make the sales cycle more efficient.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience as a Sales Assistant, Client Enablement Specialist, or Account CoordinatorExcellent organizational, note-taking, and communication skills — you love keeping things on trackStrong verbal communication and confidence in client-facing interactionsProficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), project management platforms (ClickUp preferred), and Google WorkspaceProactive, detail-oriented, and always two steps ahead of your Account ExecutiveNice to HaveExperience in a marketing agency or professional services settingUnderstanding of marketing workflows and client relationship managementExperience supporting executives in sales or client-facing environmentsFamiliarity with outbound prospecting or market research techniquesGrowth PathTake on greater ownership of outbound prospecting and lead qualificationContribute to sales enablement process improvements and documentationPartner with Account Executives to develop client proposals and onboarding materialsWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
