Our Singapore office is the global headquarters supporting day-to-day customer success, platform operations, and account activation.🎯 Role OverviewAs a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting Avi-Go’s commercial activities by ensuring smooth coordination between brokers and operators, maintaining data accuracy in our CRM, and assisting with sales and marketing initiatives.This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, who enjoys working with data and has a strong interest in aviation and B2B sales operations.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Support:Follow up with operators on charter requests sent by broker users through the Avi-Go marketplaceMaintain and update CRM records with the latest operator quotes, fleet details, and contact informationEnsure data accuracy across sales pipelines, operator profiles, and activity logsAssist in preparing and maintaining sales performance reports and tracking metrics.Maintain a strong feedback loop with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve user experiencePlatform Operations:Manage backend data validation, including aircraft/operator profiles, pricing, and availabilityMonitor real-time platform activity and escalate system or data-related issues to product/tech teamsAssist with quality control of trip requests, quotes, and transaction flowsCoordinate with customers to complete missing data or documents required for usageMarket Research & Lead Management:Conduct lead gathering and data research to support sales campaigns and eventsConsolidate, organize, and update business contacts and operator information collected from events and outreachProvide insights and data support to the sales team for account planning and market developmentGeneral Operations:Assist the commercial team with pre-event preparation, including contact organization and outreachCoordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns, email follow-ups, and engagement trackingHelp manage and organize sales materials, presentations, and corporate decksAssist in localising help articles, templates, and SOP documentation✅ Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or data management—preferably in SaaS, travel/aviation, or tech platforms (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply)Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent organisational and time management skillsCustomer-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solvingComfortable using support tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk), spreadsheets, and dashboardsA proactive, team-oriented mindset with an interest in aviation or travel techBased in Singapore, with the ability to work onsite at our local office🌟 What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance bonusCareer progression in a fast-growing aviation tech startupFlat, collaborative culture and direct access to leadershipOn-the-job training and exposure to a global aviation ecosystemOn-site work flexibility and a supportive team in Singapore🚀 How to Apply:Send your CV and short cover email to sean.ng@avi-go.comSubject: Sales Ops – Singapore
