We are seeking a high-caliber Sales & Operations Manager to lead our sales division with discipline, excellence, and integrity.This is a senior leadership role for a refined, assertive, and highly capable professional. You will manage and develop Sales Managers, ensuring they lead their teams to exceptional performance. While not managing individual Sales Representatives day-to-day, you will be directly responsible for interviewing and selecting the sales talent that joins the organization.
