This professional multitaskerwill manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within thewarehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn. The ideal candidate is exceptionallydetail oriented and able to track multiple facets of the sales operations at any given time. You mustachieve order fulfilment accuracy, coordinate, and process orders, and track shipping times,ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of thousands of product orders every year.The successful candidate will be leading the warehouse team and working closely with the salesdepartment and is responsible for:A) Warehouse Management:• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primarygoal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing,monitoring, and managing operation goals.• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements,equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.• Oversee and supervise physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count tocomputer-generated reports across 10-12 different locations• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reachshort- and long-term performance goals.• Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and actionplans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcingstandards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.B) Sales Support:• Process sales orders into the ERP system & generate Proforma invoices.• Propose tentative product allocation plan to the sales team.• Coordinate with business operations & Finance both internal and external to ensure packing,documentation and shipment collection happens timely and efficiently.• Work closely with the logistics & product coordinator to stay informed about all incomingshipment on a regular basis.• Manage inventory and stock movement between warehouse and retail.Skills and Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree.• 5+ years experience in a sales operations role.• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy• Experience in customer service and orders processing.• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.• Ability to work with all levels of company staff.• Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.• Able to move quickly and adapt to changing priorities in a fast -paced environment• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining attention to details• Highly organized and efficient time management skills• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
