Our collaborative teams work across functions and regions to deliver excellence in logistics, operations, and customer service.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, and supporting smooth delivery and billing processes aligned with project milestones.Your Main Responsibilities Will IncludeLogistics Operations ManagementOversee import and export activities in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements (ANRT, MCI, COC).Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and local authorities to ensure timely shipment and delivery.Track inbound and outbound logistics flows and proactively address any operational issues.Customer Fulfillment, Delivery & BillingPrepare and issue delivery notes and invoices upon goods receipt.Validate delivery documentation to ensure alignment with agreed terms and project timelines.Monitor delivery progress and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate fulfillment.Logistics Issue ResolutionInvestigate and resolve discrepancies, including missing documentation and invoice mismatches.Act as a primary contact for clients regarding logistics and delivery concerns.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain) to optimize processes and resolve issues efficiently.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure adherence to all local regulations and maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and inspections.Manage required permits, certificates, and authorizations related to import/export activities.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong organizational and communication skills.Key QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations.Strong understanding of local regulations (ANRT, MCI, COC) and customs procedures.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.Fluent in English and French.What’s In It For YouA full permanent contract with competitive compensation.Health insurance and social coverage (CNSS, CIMR).An international, fast-paced work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative culture where your ideas and impact truly matter.Location:MA-Casablanca, Morocco (Boulevard Damman)Time TypeFull timeJob CategoryBusiness Support
