Job Description Operations & Dialer Management - Process the end-to-end management of the auto dialer and IVR system (campaign creation through Python coding, lead list loading in auto dialer and/or IVR - Manage and ensure the timely and accurate upload of telesales call-out bases across UBP products. Make sure daily uploads comply with service-level timelines. - Monitor dialer KPI’s and ensure operational efficiency - Coordinate with IT for system updates, troubleshooting and enhancements Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track team performance against targets, service levels and efficiency metrics - Generate daily/weekly MIS reports on contacts, conversions and agent productivity Compliance & Risk Control - Enforce compliance with regulatory, data privacy and compliance policies for all dialer campaignsQualifications:5-8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial capacity Advance Excel SkillsKnowledgeable in Auto Dialer SystemKnowledgeable in statistical programming is an advantageKnowledgeable in Power Apps is an advantage
