Sales Strategy & Business PlanningDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor movements to shape sales direction.Create sales plans that align with Mazda’s business objectives.Act as a bridge between internal teams and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.Standardize tools, processes, and new sales-related programs.Drive brand guidelines through regular dealer training sessions.2. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Product, Aftersales, and other internal stakeholders to support business initiatives.Provide feedback and insights based on market and customer observations.Coordinate with sales support teams to ensure smooth operational execution.3.
