As an efficient and competent partner, DTSE provides services for Deutsche Telekom AG and its subsidiaries across Europe, particularly in the areas of finance, purchasing, and human resources. Now, we are establishing a new Commercial Management division to further drive growth with our proven solutions – inside the Telekom Group, and in the external market.Your Responsibilities:As Sales Process Owner, you’ll oversee and continuously improve our sales process and CRM landscape, transforming workflows, data, and governance into a seamless sales ecosystem.Own and manage our CRM landscape by ensuring its functionality and usability, aligned with our evolving business needsShape our sales processes by defining, enhancing, and enforcing standards that keep everything transparent and up to dateEnsure data quality and meaningful reporting on accounts, contracts, and pipelineOversee essential operational workflows such as signing and documentation to keep them efficient and accurateEmpower our teams through training and continuous enablement on CRM tools, workflows, and governanceYour Profile:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field3+ years of experience in IT Consulting, Data Analytics, Sales Operations, or similar rolesStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into system requirementsExperience in CRM systems & sales processes (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PEGA)High attention to detail & ownership mindset, striving for continuous improvementFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plusReady to make an impact?
