We continuously generate professional development opportunities and growth alternatives for motivated and engaged professionals.Job DescriptionMission:You will be instrumental in delivering actionable information to drive better decision-making and improve sales performance.The position will be hybrid-based in IDIADA's main offices in Spain involving business trips when required to visit IDIADA's Clients and Business Units.Responsibilities:Reporting & Data Analytics (Primary Focus - 70%):Develop, maintain and improve reporting systems, dashboards and KPIsDesign, create and automate reports for tracking sales performance, budget compliance, and project profitabilityProvide data insights to further understand markets and clientsSupport in the definition, monitoring and reporting of Key Performance IndicatorsAnalyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvementCreate and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for different stakeholdersDevelop visualization tools that effectively communicate complex dataWork with CRM & ERP data to generate comprehensive reports and extract valuable insightsProcess Improvement (20%):Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and implement solutionsStreamline data collection, processing and analysis workflowsDocument and standardize reporting proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and data analysisHelp optimize Salesforce reporting capabilities and dashboardsSales Support (10%):Support management team with data-driven insights for pricing decisionsAssist in the analysis of business opportunities from a data perspectiveContribute to the training of company personnel regarding reporting toolsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or similar)Engineering background with focus on data analysis would be an assetExperience:Professional experience in a similar reporting/analyst position would be an assetExperience in designing and implementing reporting systems and dashboardsBackground in data analysis preferredExperience working with CRM systems, particularly SalesforceTechnical Skills:Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA)Experience with data visualization and business intelligence toolsKnowledge of database management conceptsExperience with Salesforce CRM (reports, dashboards, and data extraction would be a significant assetNice to have SQL knowladge Languages:Fluent English (written and spoken)Additional languages are a plusRequired Soft Skills:Strong analytical thinkingDetail-oriented with high accuracyGoal-orientedCommunication skillsProblem-solving abilitiesAdaptability and willingness to learnAdditional InformationWhy join us?Enjoy a highly flexible hybrid work model in a company that takes care of the employees’ wellbeing, offering work-life balance benefits such as subsidized canteen, free language courses, transport and coaching services.Join a company that has a deep commitment to sustainability and push yourself to reach your full potential in a dynamic and challenging setting that values innovation and expertise.Come & join us on the road to success.Applus IDIADA is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.
