Our solution is trusted by over 900 medical institutions and private practices in Romania and abroad.Your missionYou will contribute to the go-to-market strategy for Sophtha EMR, drive local growth in Bulgaria and build strong relationships with potential clients. You'll be the first point of contact in the market, bridging the relationship between clients and the product team.We're looking for self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset. You'll be instrumental in our expansion plans and in helping ophthalmology medical clinics access top-notch tech that enables their practice.What you'll be doingDrive awareness of our solutions to the local market;Conduct market research to refine our expansion approach;Establish trusted relationships and partner with clients, guiding them in our journey with us;Acquire new clients through consultative sales, demonstrating them how we can support their goals;Foster long-term relationships to encourage client satisfaction and retention;Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet your targets;Discover the client's needs, present our solutions and negotiate contracts;Attend conferences, events and congresses for continuous awareness and lead generation;Track and report KPIs to inform strategic decisions.Key success factorsHaving solid previous experience of providing solutions or services for medical clinics;Ideal scenario: experience in working with ophthalmology medical clinics;How we picture youAt least 3 years in tech/software B2B Sales or business development, ideally in the medical space;Solid Sales and Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management;Able to build strong and trusting relationships;Market Research and Business Development experience;Understanding of healthcare technology and software solutions;Strong organisational and goal-setting skills to track and achieve sales targets;Ability to work independently in a remote environment;Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred;Ambitious, fast learner, adaptable and results oriented;Proficient in English; What we offerA supportive and ambitious team;The chance to play a pivotal role in opening markets and expanding the company's reach which brings growth opportunities for you;Internal and external events, fostering growth and learning;
