Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Sofia for an Insurance Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include engaging potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing customized insurance solutions. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and presenting insurance policy options, and collaborating with the insurance brokerage team for a seamless process. Ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations are also key tasks. Qualifications Experience in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Insurance products and servicesProficiency in Customer Service and client relationship managementFamiliarity with Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance practicesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environmentProficiency in local regulations and insurance compliance requirementsPrevious experience in a similar role is an assetBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is preferred
