Job Description

We're looking for a driven, sharp, and self-starting Sales Representative with strong experience in Business Developmentand Proposal Writing—ideally within the Architectural and Engineering (A/E) sector. If you know how to build relationships, spot opportunities, and write proposals that actually win, you'll vibe with this role.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & OutreachConduct proactive cold outreach to new prospects and nurture inbound leads from our existing pipelineBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across A/E clientsLead discovery calls, run client meetings, and identify needs that align with our servicesProspecting & Pipeline GrowthIndependently source and qualify new business opportunities within the A/E industryLeverage internal lists of warm, pre-qualified leads to expand the client baseMaintain a healthy, active pipeline and consistently move opportunities through each stageProposal Writing & CoordinationPrepare high-quality proposals, capability statements, and RFP responses tailored to client requirementsWork closely with internal teams to align proposal content with project scope, timelines, and deliverablesEnsure all proposals reflect accurate A/E terminology, service scopes, and technical understandingCRM & ReportingUse CRM tools (Factor AE, HubSpot, or similar) to manage contacts, track activity, and maintain accurate recordsProvide regular reports on prospecting activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecastsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management—preferably in the A/E industryStrong skills in proposal writing, client presentations, and opportunity pursuitFamiliarity with A/E service offerings, project scopes, and industry terminologyExperience with CRM platforms (Factor AE, HubSpot, or comparable)Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-starter mindset with the ability to run meetings, manage leads, and drive deals with minimal supervisionAbility to learn internal software and proposal tools quickly (training provided)Amenable to work during U.S. business working hoursBenefitsPermanent Work From HomeLeave CreditsMonetary AllowanceAnnual BonusWeekly PaychecksFixed Weekends OffThriving Company Culture with Complete AutonomyExclusive Specialized Training ProgramsUnlock Your Potential with a Highly Competitive Salary____________________________________________________________________Who are we?BizForce is one of the fastest-growing global outsourcing companies in the world, founded in the US in Tucson, Arizona and is now operational in PH!Our Commitment to delivering high-quality results for our clients and the only way to do that is ensuring a rewarding, respectful and productive experience for our employees.
