Job Description

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Will work to find new sales leads through Developers, Contractors, Business directories, Major Establishments, Existing clients, Referrals, etc.Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to meet quotaSubmit weekly report of accomplishmentsFollow up and/or visit clients in offices and sites, as neededPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesPlanning and organizingGoal orientedHighly efficientAttention to detailInformation collection and monitoringProblem SolvingDevelop and maintain strong customer relationshipGraduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Tourism, Marketing or EquivalentFresh graduates are welcome to applyExcellent communication skillsExcellent phone and presentation skillsThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniqueAdvanced skills in MS Office (Word, Office, Excel) and Presentation SkillsExperienced in sales for construction material/architectural products is an advantageWilling to work in BGC, Taguig City
