Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in theCountry Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets You will drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point ofpurchase. You will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performanceat On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation. It is important to be available to work at night, visiting clients and checking activation levers.SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred. Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and / or Promotions. Solid ability to organize your work independently and effective. Solid negotiation skills. Good Communicator and an active listener.
