Sales Representative – Medical Device SalesDelta Medical SolutionsJob Overview:Delta Medical Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our expanding medical device sales team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about advancing patient care through innovative orthopedic, spine, and biologic technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and supporting surgeons in the operating room with product expertise across our comprehensive portfolio—including orthopedic trauma plating systems, spine instrumentation, joint replacement solutions, custom implants, and bio-integrative screw technology.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, surgical staff, hospital administrators, and supply chain decision-makers.Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories through strategic prospecting, networking, and clinical engagement.Conduct product demonstrations, surgical case coverage, and in-service training to educate clinicians and staff on product benefits, surgical techniques, and best practices.Effectively manage and grow sales within assigned hospitals, surgery centers, and private practices.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinical specialists to ensure seamless service delivery and territory alignment.Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to document activities, track progress, and manage pipeline performance.Negotiate pricing and contracts in compliance with hospital systems, IDNs, and purchasing policies.Analyze territory metrics, competitor activity, and market trends to refine strategies and maximize growth potential.Provide ongoing feedback to leadership regarding customer needs, product performance, and emerging market opportunities.Qualifications & SkillsProven success in medical device sales, particularly in orthopedics, spine, joint reconstruction, trauma fixation, or biologics.Strong understanding of the operating room environment, sterile technique, and surgical workflow.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) for territory and account management.Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales quotas.Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.Clinical or technical background in orthopedics or medical technology a plus.Why Join Delta Medical Solutions?At Delta Medical Solutions, we believe that innovation drives better outcomes.
