About the Role:We’re looking for a Sales Representative who is passionate about helping people find the right educational path. You will be the first point of contact for potential students - understanding their goals, presenting our programs, and closing deals that contribute to our growth and success.⸻Key Responsibilities:• Conduct consultations with leads and recommend suitable courses or programs.• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.• Follow up with potential students via calls, messages, and in-person visits.• Maintain accurate lead records and updates in CRM or internal tracking systems.• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve the lead-to-sale journey.• Support promotional events, open days, and campaigns to increase enrollments.• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer insights.⸻Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.• 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in education, training, or service industries)• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.• Confidence in handling customer objections and closing deals.• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.• Good command of English and Arabic.• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
