The ideal candidate should be friendly, confident, and able to attend to walk-in customers. You should also be able to create simple video content and support basic marketing when needed.Key Responsibilities:• Attend to customers and help them choose products• ⁠Provide good customer service and follow up when necessary• ⁠Promote products and increase in-store sales• ⁠Create simple videos or pictures for social media• ⁠Support basic marketing/visibility activities• ⁠Keep the store neat and fully stocked• ⁠Operate POS and issue receipts• ⁠Handle customer complaints politelyRequirements:• 1–2 years experience in sales or customer service• ⁠Friendly, confident, and well-spoken• ⁠Presentable and well-groomed• ⁠Able to use phone/social media for simple content• ⁠Honest, reliable, and willing to learnWork Schedule:• Monday – Saturday: 9:00am – 7:00pm• ⁠Sunday: 1:00pm – 6:00pm• ⁠One day off weeklyHow to Apply:Send your CV to tmasourcinghr@gmail.com using “Sales Representative – Akala” as the subject.
