We’re not just about serving people - we’re about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values.TASKS Proactively identify and target high-potential merchants within the assigned area to acquire new agents for Yassir's financial services productPresent the agent wallet product to potential agents, highlighting its benefits for them (increased revenue) and their customers (financial inclusion)Negotiate and onboard new agents, ensuring they understand the product offering and contractual termsBuild and maintain strong relationships with assigned agents, fostering open communication and addressing their concerns promptlyConduct regular visits to agents to ensure they are satisfied with the service and provide ongoing supportDevelop and implement strategies to grow transaction volume and revenue generated through the assigned agent networkIdentify opportunities to upsell existing agents on additional Yassir services or featuresProactively monitor service uptime for assigned agents and identify any issues impacting their ability to serve customersAssist agents in resolving service disruptions and ensure Yassir wallets are functioning properly by constantly availing e-money in their agent wallets and/or cash in their tillsWork collaboratively with the Sales Team Leader to address any challenges related to agent liquidity and ensure timely cash flow for transactionsProfil Minimum 2 year of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services or telecommunications, Tobacco, or FMCG industriesStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport and trust with clientsSelf-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targetsExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in using mobile applicationsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
