Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Algeria for an Area Sales Supervisor specializing in printing and packaging solutions. The Area Sales Supervisor will oversee a team of sales personnel, manage customer relationships, monitor market trends, and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets. Responsibilities include training and supporting sales staff, analyzing market data, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and act on market dataProven team management and leadership skillsProficiency in customer service, ensuring a high level of client satisfactionExcellent communication skills for building and maintaining client relationshipsExperience in training and supporting team members’ professional growthCapability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic environmentProficiency in the printing and packaging field is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in French and/or Arabic is a plus
