Job Description

Your Role As Sales Responsible at Transtek, you will:Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B customers.Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, technical/commercial presentations, offers, negotiations and closing.Work closely with our technical team to understand customer needs and propose the right solutions.Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts and agreements.Maintain accurate pipeline, activities and forecasts.Represent Transtek at customer visits, events and trade fairs.Provide feedback from the market on competition, pricing and product needs.Requirements3–5 years of sales experience in a technical or industrial environment (automation, electronics, safety systems, telematics, vehicle technology or similar).Strong technical affinity – able to understand system functionality and communicate with technical stakeholders.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.Experience with solution / consultative selling and value-based arguments.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Strong self-organization and ability to work independently.Willingness to travel to visit customers and partners.Valid driver’s license.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
