Dementia is the second most expensive condition Medicare pays for with 7.2 million diagnosed and over 50% still undiagnosed—your work directly impacts families desperately needing help.🏢 Remote-First Culture: Work from anywhere in the US with a virtual-first company🔍 OverviewThe Sales Operations Manager ensures that data, processes, and tools (especially HubSpot CRM) are clean, consistent, and actionable — driving efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.The role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, helping the team scale effectively during a period of high growth.🧩 What You'll Be Doing:Sales process design — streamline lead management, handoffs, and reporting; build playbooks and scalable automation.Own & optimize the CRM (HubSpot) — lead on data integrity, workflow automation, and integration with revenue tools (HubSpot, Notion, Marketo, analytics platforms).Cross-functional collaboration — work with leadership, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on goals and execution.Data insights & reporting — create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for the executive team on pipeline, revenue trends, and operational metrics.Enablement & onboarding — support new sales hires with tool training and documentation.Continuous improvement mindset — proactively identify inefficiencies and build systems that increase productivity and transparency.👤 What We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business OperationsHealthcare or SaaS or fast- growth environment experienceSole owner of the CRM/RevOps tech stack in a fast- paced startupBachelor's DegreeHubSpot CRM experienceProficiency in creating pivot tables and data visualizationMission- aligned with improving dementia care
