The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include product presentations, creating tailored solutions for clients, providing training on products or services, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are critical to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts.Ability to deliver presentations to clients and team members on products, services, or processes.Proficiency in CRM software, sales techniques, and reporting tools is advantageous.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a high-paced environment.Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrated capability to create client-specific solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
