Primary Objective Of JobThe Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing a set group of customers from our SME segment of our customer base. In addition to account management, the core objective to this role is to maintain all revenueswithin the base, manage all issues and escalations from customers, and identify opportunities to grow revenue within the account base. This is a target based role so achievement of target is essential.Please note that this is not a Managerial role.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and meet their monthly sales quota from their assigned customers.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track monthly sales performance, account based activity and sales pipeline.To develop and maintain a deep understanding of the full Digicel portfolio of both GSM and ICT solutions.To maintain a high level of awareness of both local and market trends that could support new business developmentPerforms related work: the duties listed above are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to that position.Academic Qualifications And Experience RequiredDegree in Business/Management or similar fieldA track record of high performance against quotaAbility to demonstrate capability for successful account management, GSM sales and ICT sales.At least 3 years’ experience in Sales or ICTFunctional SkillsHighly motivated, charismatic, confidentICT subject matter expertGood communication skills both oral & in writingExcellent interpersonal skillsGood negotiation skillsGood Planning and Organizational SkillsExcellent networking skillsThe ability to persuade and influence others at all levelsSound business acumen and high integrityCandidate must have own vehicle.Salary Information: This role is commission based (there is base salary and allowances included)
