The plant features the deepest galvanizing kettle in the Egyptian market, with a monthly capacity of 5000 tons.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Section Head (Steel Fabrication) located in 10th of Ramadan. The Sales Section Head will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing account management. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends and data, managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:• Supervise and manage the sales department to ensure that the required goals are achieved periodically. • Develop and implement the strategic plan to achieve sales objectives and expand the customer base. • Participate in building relationships with clients and maintaining service quality to ensure customer satisfaction. • Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. • Maintain effective communication, conduct continuous evaluations, and provide proposals and promotional offers. • Have a good understanding of market dynamics and identify available sales opportunities. • Prepare budgets and adopt appropriate sales methods to achieve the best results.
