The role primarily focuses on the private healthcare sector, while also engaging with key public sector stakeholders to expand visibility and adoption.This is a strategic and hands-on sales position where you will manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and demonstrations to negotiation and closing – working closely with clinicians, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.Promote and sell a portfolio of advanced medtech capital equipment to private hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders.Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and purchasing decision-makers.Identify growth opportunities in both private and public healthcare sectors.Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to support clinical and commercial adoption.Collaborate with marketing, service, and clinical support teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and after-sales service.Report market insights, competitor activity, and strategic feedback to support business development planning.About YouProven sales experience within the Medical Device, Dental, Ophthalmic, Audiology, or wider healthcare markets admired, capital equipment experience welcomed.Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and building sustainable client relationships.Comfortable engaging at multiple levels, from clinical users to executive decision-makers.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.Self-motivated, structured, and driven by results, with strong team collaboration skills.Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written).Willingness to travel across the Benelux region.What’s on OfferJoin a market-leading brand with an outstanding reputation for product quality and customer service.
