Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales processes, addressing inquiries professionally, and providing solutions that meet client needs. The role may also involve participating in training to enhance sales and customer service strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersExceptional Customer Service and problem-solving abilitiesProven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting targetsAbility to participate in and implement Training to improve performanceProficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plusGoal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skillsPrior experience in relevant industries such as healthcare, solar, or BPO is advantageous
