Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Giza. The Sales Specialist will engage with customers to provide product knowledge, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales. The individual will also play a pivotal role in managing sales objectives, conducting training sessions for clients or team members, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include ensuring sales targets are met, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the team to optimize performance. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address customer needsProficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and strategize effectivelyExperience in conducting Training sessions to improve product understanding and sales performanceAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or retail industries is a plus
