Job SummaryThe Sales & Application Specialist will be responsible for driving market penetration, providing product expertise, and supporting end users for Diagnostics Solutions with a focus on Microbiology and Molecular portfolios. Based in Algeria and covering the broader Maghreb region, this role plays a pivotal part in promoting product strategies, delivering technical and clinical support, and building strong customer and distributor relationships to ensure business growth and customer satisfactionKey ResponsibilitiesProvide product and application support to end users and distributors across the assigned region for Microbiology and Molecular solutions.Lead scientific engagements and strategic activities with key accounts, including presentations and interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).Build, influence, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective customer relationship management.Collect market intelligence regarding competitor trends, product performance, and emerging opportunities; communicate insights to Sales and Marketing teams.Support Sales and Marketing teams during new product launches and participate in related workshops, seminars, and exhibition activities.Deliver comprehensive post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and technical assistance during all phases of implementation.Contribute to marketing strategies through product segmentation, market mapping, and clinical mentorship to expand market presence.Develop the market and ensure sustainable revenue growth aligned with company objectives.Enhance sales productivity and efficiency by implementing company tools and best practices.Requirements Degree in Microbiology or Molecular Biology.Experience in the Microbiology Diagnostics field is a must.Prior sales experience in the healthcare or medical sector is an advantage.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Willingness to travel frequently across the Maghreb region.
