We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist / Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the air compressor sector.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the existing client baseAcquire new customers and develop new business opportunitiesNegotiate and close sales deals effectivelyBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsConsistently achieve and exceed sales targetsQualifications & SkillsEngineering degree / diploma in related field2 years of proven experience in sales and business developmentStrong knowledge of Air Compressors AND/OR Automotive (Mandatory)Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesFluency in English (both spoken and written) (Arabic will be an added advantage)Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
