We promise to walk alongside healthcare professionals to continue to make great contribution to society, now and into the future.Summary of the RoleResponsible for managing sales activities and driving revenue growth of Medical Consumable Solutions (MCS) in the assigned Bangkok territories. The role involves building strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, managing accounts, supporting tender processes, and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Key Functions / ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.Support product promotion and education to enhance customer understanding and usage.Coordinate and manage hospital tenders, quotations, and negotiations in alignment with company policies.Provide timely and accurate market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to internal teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and supply chain.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.Functional / Technical SkillsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device or hospital product salesProven ability to manage hospital accounts and drive sales in assigned regionsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with hospital procurement and bidding processSelf-motivated with strong business acumen and goal-oriented mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsAbility to travel within the assigned territory regularlyEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any health-related fieldExperience in Rajavithi, Phra Nang Klao, and Nonthaburi area Thailand territory is a plusExperience with medical consumables or infusion therapy is highly preferredNote to External Recruitment Agencies:Terumo does not recognize candidate submissions from any recruitment agencies and will not be responsible for payment of any recruitment fees due to the hiring of candidates whose resumes were submitted to Terumo employees or offices without the recruiting team's acknowledgement.
