Locations: 🇻🇳 Vietnam | 🇲🇾 Malaysia | 🇹🇭 ThailandScope: Southeast AsiaPetronex is expanding our regional presence and is seeking proactive and results-driven Sales Specialists based in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand to lead our sales growth of petroleum and related products across Southeast Asia.This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with operations and logistics teams to deliver high-quality service and sustainable growth.Key Responsibilities• Identify and engage potential buyers, distributors, and industrial customers within assigned markets (Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and neighboring countries).• Conduct market research to analyze product demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities in the region.• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and business opportunities.• Build and sustain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and after-sales support.• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales contracts effectively.• Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely order execution.• Support Petronex’s market expansion across Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field (preferred).• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in petroleum products, chemicals, or industrial materials.• Strong knowledge of local market knowledge and a well-established business network in the respective country.• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in local language (Vietnamese / Thai / Malay) is required.• Willingness to travel domestically and regionally.Skills & Competencies• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness.• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently under pressure.• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.• Analytical thinker with a structured, strategic approach to sales and problem-solving.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Compensation & Benefits• Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.• Allowances for travel and business expenses.• Career growth opportunities within a regional trading company.• Exposure to international markets and global petroleum industry networks.#Petronex #SalesSpecialist #Recruitment #Petroleum #B2Bsales #SoutheastAsia #CareerGrowth #Vietnam #Malaysia #Thailand #RegionalHiring #Trading
