Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Windsor, ON. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for fostering relationships with new and existing customers, analyzing client needs, promoting products and services, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role will also involve identifying market trends, offering tailored solutions, and delivering training to support client success. Collaboration with internal teams to meet organizational objectives is integral to this position. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to establish and maintain positive client relationshipsExperience in sales and sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to provide training and support to customers and team membersSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a team settingFamiliarity with the metalworking or manufacturing industry is an assetBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
